Abstract

Objective: To explore the medication rules and academic thoughts of treating disintegrating leakage in “Women’s Grand Prescription”. Methods: Firstly, the drugs for the treatment of leaky disintegration were summarized in the Prescription for Women’s Daquan, and then the characteristics of the drugs such as frequency of use, efficacy, sex, taste and normalization were summarized through the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform (V2.5), and the rules of their formulation were analyzed, and finally the core prescription of drugs was generated. Results: A total of 51 prescriptions and 94 flavors of Chinese medicine were sorted out by collecting the “Good Prescription for Women’s Daquan”. The Chinese medicine with high frequency of use (frequency ≥6 times) was Angelica sinensis, ligusticum Chuanxiong and mugwort leaf, with a total of 16 flavors; The four kinds of drugs of these 16 flavors were mainly warm, cold and ping. The five flavors are more common as Gan, xin and bitter; The liver, spleen and kidney are the main; The efficacy is mainly to tonifying deficiency, hemostasis, warming Li, astringent solid astringent medicine; Among them, 13 pairs of drug combinations (frequency ≥6 times), and 3 pairs of new drug pairs and 3 pairs of new core prescription were obtained by constructing drug relationship network diagram of the core combination. It can be seen that Mr. Chen Ziming achieved the purpose of regulating and replenishing chong Ren and rebuilding menstrual cycle by soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen and the kidney when diagnosing and treating disintegrating hemorrhage.
