Abstract

Spontaneously outside the menstrual period, lasting for more than half a month. This disease mainly occurs in adolescent, reproductive-aged and menopausal women. Its clinical manifestations include severe disorders in menstrual blood volume, cycle frequency, regularity and duration. Some patients may develop anemia due to excessive bleeding, and in severe cases, it can lead to hemorrhagic shock.
