Exploration on the Clinical Experience of Professor Liu Chunying in the Treatment of Membranous Nephropathy based on "Mingmen Theory"

Membranous Nephropathy (MN) is one of the main pathological types of adult nephrotic syndrome and a common cause of chronic renal failure. The therapeutic effect varies from person to person. After years of clinical practice, Chief Physician Liu Chunying has accumulated rich experience, especially in the treatment of MN with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The purpose of this article is to explore the etiology and pathogenesis of membranous nephropathy from the perspective of ' Mingmen theory ' and the clinical medication experience of Director Liu Chunying, in order to provide new prevention and treatment ideas for traditional Chinese medicine in MN.
