Xiaochaihu decoction and its related prescriptions are the core of Shaoyang disease in Treatise on Febrile Diseases. The children's "Yin and Yang" body and "pure Yang body" are in line with the "Shaoyang theory", and Xiaochaihu decoction and its formulas have been applied in pediatric diseases and achieved good results. The application progress of Bupleurum Decoctions in the treatment of pediatric diseases in Treatise on Febrile Diseases is summarized as follows.
