Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a common malignancy with a poor prognosis. The traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formula Fuzheng Kangai Formula (FZKA) plays a distinctive role in HCC treatment. This article synthesizes relevant literature to comprehensively review the clinical application and research progress of FZKA in HCC therapy, including its effects on alleviating clinical symptoms, improving quality of life, modulating immune function, and influencing tumor biomarkers. Additionally, the study analyzes existing research limitations and future development directions, aiming to provide a reference for further clinical application of FZKA in HCC management.
