Delayed diarrhea, as one of the most common toxic reactions of irinotecan, has different degrees of influence on the progress of treatment and quality of life of patients. This article analyzes, summarizes and summarizes the related literature on the prevention and treatment of irinotecan-induced delayed diarrhea with traditional Chinese medicine, in order to provide experience guidance for clinical treatment of different syndrome types of diarrhea.
