Perianal eczema, as a common skin disease in anus and intestinal department, its clinical manifestations are mainly characterized by itching, perianal moisture with oozing, accompanied by epidermal erosion or even mossy changes. Because of its complex etiology, stubborn symptoms and easy recurrence, it brings great pain to patients' daily life. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the current diagnostic and therapeutic options of perianal eczema and to provide reference for clinical treatment.
