Abstract

Chinese Internet language was originated in the Internet space and has strong subcultural characteristics. Some of them have broken through the "small circle" and generalized into popular language used by all people. The generalization phenomenon of Chinese Internet language is primarily manifested in three aspects: semantic composition, usage scenes and cultural structure. From the perspective of post-subculture theory, the phenomenon is tightly associated with the transformation of media and commerce.
