Abstract

As the title indicates here I have mentioned about the essence of Buddhism and not about the life of Buddha about which I had mentioned in my earlier articles on Buddhism. What was Buddha in his earlier lives/births; how he faced the troubles of life and other difficulties before he was enlightened. How even the Lord of senses Mara could not harm him because he was enlightened.
