Abstract

In the digital intelligence era, university sports education faces both unprecedented opportunities and profound challenges, with women's sports emerging as a critical site for transformation. Digital technologies not only enable pedagogical innovation and personalized student development but also shift women's roles from passive participants to proactive leaders, thereby advancing equity and modernization in physical education. However, the integration of digital intelligence also raises significant concerns, including data security risks, the digital divide, and persistent gender biases.
