Abstract

As education talents trained under specific conditions, the regional adaptability of public-funded normal students directly affects the balanced distribution of education resources and the improvement of education quality. This article aims to explore the connotation of regional adaptability of publicly-funded normal students, analyze its influencing factors, and propose corresponding improvement strategies, in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the cultivation of publicly-funded normal students and the optimization of regional education.
