Abstract

Through further research and reflection on the historical evolution and connotation characteristics of modernization of rural vocational education in China, it is concluded that it faces many dilemmas, such as weak teaching staff, imperfect infrastructure, unsound education courses, and lack of education awareness. Therefore, in the new era and new journey, it is necessary to strengthen the Party's leadership over rural vocational education, strengthen the internal training and external introduction of rural vocational teachers, strengthen the integration of production and education in rural vocational education, strengthen the construction of digital empowerment of rural vocational education, and strengthen the innovation of farmers' vocational education concepts, so as to achieve the high-quality development of rural vocational education, provide a high-quality professional talent team for rural revitalization, and achieve the goal of common prosperity.
