Abstract

Drawing on collaborative innovation theory, human capital property rights theory, and informal institutional frameworks, this study analyzes the determinants of faculty mobility in higher vocational colleges. It proposes a systematic policy package encompassing legal regulation, economic compensation, staffing optimization, adjunct faculty talent pooling, and humanistic environment improvement, to facilitate orderly, rational, and sustainable teacher flow, thereby reinforcing the quality foundation of vocational education.
