In the new situation of rapid social development, the interpersonal communication of vocational college students is facing many challenges. Good interpersonal communication is crucial for students’ growth, mental health, and career development. This article analyzes relevant survey data to explore the practical difficulties in interpersonal communication among vocational college students, and proposes targeted relief strategies to promote the improvement of their interpersonal communication skills and help them build good interpersonal relationships.
