Abstract

This meta - analysis examines the relationship between technique and skill in enhancing human performance in sports. By assessing the influence of technical proficiency on athletic outcomes, we aim to determine the extent to which skill development contributes to competitive success. Using statistical models, performance metrics, and graphical representations, we evaluate data collected from basketball, athletics, and football to identify key performance indicators linked to skill execution. Our findings suggest that refined technique and skill acquisition significantly enhance overall athletic performance, providing valuable insights for athletes, coaches, and sports scientists.
