Abstract

In order to explore the influence of different strata on the stability of the tailings dam, this paper takes a tailings dam as the research object, uses the Bishop method and the Janebu method, and uses numerical simulation to study and analyze the stability of the tailings dam under three working conditions. The research results show that the tailings silt has the highest stability, the tailings medium sand is only relatively stable under normal working conditions, and the tailings fine sand, tailings sub-clay and tailings clay have poor stability.
