Abstract

The financial technology (fintech) sector has experienced significant growth in recent years, driven by technological advancements and changing consumer expectations. This research paper explores effective user experience (UX) strategies and design principles that enhance user engagement and retention in fintech applications. Through a combination of qualitative and quantitative methodologies, this study examines the impact of specific UX elements on user behavior and retention rates. The findings suggest that a user - centered approach to design, incorporating elements such as simplicity, personalization, and responsive design, significantly improves user satisfaction and loyalty in the fintech sector.
