Everyone has the right to education according to article 26 of human rights. No nation knows that the future of every citizen in a modern society depends on the nature of the education received. Developed nations have implemented it successfully for decades. However, African countries, namely the Democratic Republic of Congo, are following in the footsteps of certain African nations in implementing free education. The application of free basic education is not without requirements; the organizing authority must observe certain prerogatives for the success of an exercise of this magnitude.
